Are you ready for Love Your Heart Take Part 2020?!
Join the members of the AKA Foundation of Central Pennsylvania, Inc. in collaboration with the members of Epsilon Sigma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Inc. for “Pink Goes Red”, an evening of loving your heart and taking part in heart health education, fitness and fun.
This free event, taking place on Friday, February 7, 2020, begins with registration at 6:00 pm and will feature “Conversation with the Doctors”, healthy eating chat, soul line dancing, strength and resistance training, CPR Anytime training, blood pressure screening, heart health information, healthy snacks, and giveaways.
